Mac purchases

This policy applies to Little Workroom for Mac purchases through our linked Gumroad checkout.

14-day refund requests

If Little Workroom is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing littleworkroom.studio@gmail.com. Include your order reference and use the purchase email address where possible. Do not send full license keys, card details or identity documents.

What happens next

Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank. After a full refund, the paid-app license is disabled and permission to use the paid app ends. An offline device may take until its next license check to reflect this change. You may retain exported room data and use the separate free browser preview.

If download or activation fails after the 14-day period, contact us so we can investigate. This voluntary policy does not restrict applicable consumer rights or rights under the payment provider's buyer terms. For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, its buyer terms also apply.
